This
system is developed by VESL which tracks the parchment coffee
and cured coffee as well as analyse the grading of the cured
coffee. This intelligently controls fraud in terms of weights
as well as grading etc.
Package
is password protected to keep track of users and control
unauthorised access of the confidential informtion. Company,
customers and employee information is maintained by the
package. Consignment notes, gate pass details, weigh bridge
reading details, offloading details are maintained when
the material is brought into company. Coffee receipts are
generated when any payement is done. Curing instruction
details for parchement coffee or cured coffee are also maintained.
Parchment
Coffe and Cured Coffee issue notes are generated when the
product is issued to mill. Stacking outturn tally sheet
is generated when to calculate total weight, total samples
and loss in curing of parchement coffee. Curing and producing
statements are also maintained. Stock of export bags and
coffee dispatch details with gate passes are also maintained.
