Self
service in human resource means that, the person originating
the task is also responsible for that task. Using standard
web browser, the user access human resource data and performs
a specific task, for example registering a change of his/her
address. By transferring the responsibility for task to
the originator of the task, data accuracy is increased and
administration costs are reduced.
