The founder of the company who is the pivot, around which the team has been constituted, has been more than 2 decades in business with the related activities of the company. The management team composition encompasses highly technical and functional skills, structured to meet the aspirations and vision of the company objectives.

The management team of VESL is also flanked by external skills and expert members and bodies to review and challenge the team with the evolving changes arising out of global economic and related industry challenges.

The advisory Board was set up under the chairmanship of the founder of company who is also the managing director. It comprises of members from diverse sectors who have extensive experiences and knowhow. They advise and guide on the evolving changes arising out of global economic and related industry challenges.

Managing Director

The Managing director who is also founder of the company has more than 25 years of extensive business experience, having acquired aptitude in the Oracle Technology for almost 15 years. His responsibility is to drive down for the implementation of the strategic decisions arising out of the advisory board.

He is actively engaged across all functions and activities of the company.


Chief Operating Officer

The COO is an experienced person with more than a decade of experience in the Oracle Applications Spectrum and is also the Applications Manager; he drives the operations of the company with respect to projects implementation, presales & deliveries with the Application & Technology team.

The HR, Finance & Administration manager reports to the Managing Director for set strategic results and day to day operational activities are reported to the COO. With more than 10 years of experience in the field of finance management the FM has all the skills and knowledge to oversee the HR & Administration operations.


Business Development & Marketing

The Business Development & Marketing Manager has over 20 years of experience in the field of sales & marketing in the software industry. The BD oversees the sales, marketing and R&D unit. He develops and implements strategies relating to the positioning and generates demand creation activities for the company’s products & services. The BD also develops strategies and methodologies for maintaining customer relationship management.

The application and technology Managers have a combined total of 20 years of experience in their respective fields related to the core activities of VESL. They drive the project and implementation consulting team for delivery and quality assurance. They are also responsible for identifying the gaps and challenges with respect to the technology being deployed at customer site. They are entrusted to funnel these findings to the top management level who devise strategies and actions accordingly.
