This
package maintains the company information, supplier details
and keep track of stock movement in warehouse. Based on
the requirement from each department purchases will be done
and requisition note details, purchase details are maintained.
Based on the re-order level of each item alerts are shown
for stock purchase and budget allocation checking is also
done. Price details of each and every item are maintained.
After receiving goods from supplier goods received note
details and stock details should be updated in the sytem.
Internal transfer of stock from warehouse to each department
is tracked by the system. For the payments done computerised
cash receipts can be generated.
Reports
are generated dynamically for current stock position, purchase
details, period wise sales and turnover etc.
