and consumables required for the maintenance of the machines
and also records all metered and set alerts for maintenance.
It also provides cost details of maintenance and records
all repairs and breakdown details including expenses inactive
days etc.
This
package maintains company information, employee information,
details of outside labour working in the company and supplier
details. Details about each and every equipment like category,
model no., repair code, purchase date, meter readings, warranty
days and service details will also be maintained. In warehouse
stock of each and every items track will be maintained.
Timely inspection and service details are also maintained
for each and every equipment. Workshop details are maintained
whenever equipment undergoes repair in workshop.
Reports
about stock movement from warehouse, equipment services
and repairs are generated dynamically. Work order reports
for labour date and code wise, meter tracking, equipment
running cost reports, goods received date wise and timely
equipment inspection reports can also be generated.
