SALES AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

This is a system designed by VESL to track all sales and monitor the performance of the products and the sales force etc. The features update the stock and track all the items to the ultimate reseller region -wise, town, roads street wise product details sales etc.

This package maintains company, distributors, suppliers, customers, warehouse and sales representatives information. Item details and features, price details are also maintained. Purchase details of goods in warehouse, goods received notes details, transit goods and way bill details are also maintained. Based on the sales order from distributors computerised invoices are generated. Invoices set offs, final release order details, delivery order and delivery differences details are also maintained.

Stock movements from warehouse, changes in sales order, delivery order are updated and tracked by the system. Details about payments, collections, unpaid invoices, are also maintained.

Sales wise, distributors wise, stock wise reports are generated dynamically for selected periods.
