package mainatains company branches details, vehicle information
like Vehicle registration no., type, manufacturer, purchase
details and physical details. Employees information is also
maintained along with driver details like license number
and alloted vehicle number. This package also maintains
customer and agent details, requirements of customer like
date of delivery, load weight etc. Stations or operation
points and single way distance, fuel consumption details
are also maintained. Daily trip details with cargo details
are also tracked.

Vehicle
movements in workshop, servicing details, spares repairs,
tyre purchases and transactions with graphical representation
of tyres position is maintained. Computerised goods consignment
notes, tax invoices can be printed.
Usefull
and informative reports are generated like total vehicle
details like present position and physical details, trips
details, consignment notes report, total waybills report,
driver details report with alloted vehicles, monthly vehicle
running costs like tyres, fuel, service, repairs etc. report
and monthly income or collection details and tyres performance
report. Graphical presentation of business - customer wise,
truck analysis - way bills wise, income and expenses, own
- hired vehicle etc. are also generated.
